About This Project

UX Design Problem Many pet shop customers face challenges when trying to purchase products or use pet care services, including: 1. Unclear Product Availability Customers often visit a pet shop only to find that the product they need is out of stock. This leads to a frustrating shopping experience and can decrease customer loyalty. 2. Difficulty in Checking Service Schedules Grooming and pet boarding services have limited slots, but customers often don’t know when they are available. Without a clear booking system, they have to call or visit the store just to ask for scheduling information. 3. Lack of Transparent Pricing Many pet shops do not display service prices clearly, requiring customers to ask about each service individually. This can slow down decision-making and make customers feel uncomfortable. Solution PawPaw introduces features designed to enhance customer experience and help pet shops manage their services more efficiently: 1. Real-Time Product Availability Check Customers can instantly view which products are in stock via the app, eliminating the need to visit the store just to check availability. 2. Transparent Grooming & Boarding Schedules With an interactive calendar feature, customers can see available slots and book appointments directly, removing uncertainty in service reservations. 3. Pricing & Easy Booking All services are displayed with transparent pricing, allowing customers to choose based on their needs without having to inquire about each price separately.
